A pool Float Sound Bath combines the deeply relaxing and meditative aspect of floating in a pool with the immersive and healing vibrations of a Sound Bath. During the session, the soothing sounds of instruments like crystal singing bowls create a soothing and immersive soundscape. The combination of the pool and the therapeutic sounds induces a state of profound relaxation, allowing practitioners to access deep levels of consciousness, release stress, and promote healing and restoration. Pool floaties will be provided for you.
A yoga mat is all you need (not for pool float option) all other props will be provided for any type of session you book. However you have the option to use your own stuff. Also its Not required but optional to use:
-pillow for under the legs (especially if you have lower back issues)
-extra padding to lay on instead of a yoga mat
** yoga blankets will be provided but feel free to use what kind you like.
