Founder & Owner of Portable Yoga
Hi, my name is Brittany Grigg I am the founder and owner of the Portable Yoga which is a mobile yoga studio offering custom sound bath classes for social gatherings or one on one sessions. I was born and raised in the desert of Arizona but near the ocean is where I feel at home. I like to think of myself as a fun, ambitious, and open minded individual. To give you a little insight of how others have perceived me over the years I have earned the nicknames squirrel, bubbles, and shorty. Before my yoga career I spent a few years in network marketing which I loved because it kick started my health journey. During the very start of my health journey is when I discovered yoga and started practicing it regularly. Shortly after that a friend told me about a school I could get certified to teach yoga and sound baths. I didn’t waste time getting started and ended up graduating with my 500-hour yoga teacher training certification from a nationally accredited college. I am also certified in sound healing and the Armit method of yoga Nidra. I guess you could say I fell in love with the philosophies of yoga and all of its benefits. Outside of yoga I love to hike, snowboard, travel, paddle board, expand my knowledge, and just enjoy life. Since a young age, I’ve always been someone up for new experiences and adventures. My favorite quote is "your perspective is either your prison or your passport." I believe life is meant to be lived to the fullest and lived through love, capturing memorable moments along the way.
