Come relax in a peaceful ambience while you take in the beautiful sounds of the crystal singing bowls and instruments. What is a sound bath nidra?
Expect to leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated ready for a good nights sleep! My sound healing meditation combines the deeply relaxing and meditative practice of Yoga Nidra with the immersive and healing vibrations of a Sound Bath. Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," involves lying down in a comfortable position while being guided through a systematic relaxation and meditation practice. During the session, the soothing sounds of instruments like singing bowls create a soothing and immersive soundscape. The combination of Yoga Nidra and the therapeutic sounds induces a state of profound relaxation, allowing practitioners to access deep levels of consciousness, release stress, and promote healing and restoration. Beginners are welcome.
