Every third Wednesday of the month I host a sound bath nidra (guided meditation) located in heart of downtown Gilbert, AZ. Come relax in a peaceful ambience while you take in the healing sounds of the crystal singing bowls. Once a ticket is purchased you will receive a confirmation email with the exact address & details.
Beginners are Welcome. This event is held in a room with lighting that creates a tranquil ambiance to encourage relaxation. Practitioners tend to bring their own pillows, blankets, padding to lay on, eye covers, etc… this ensure they can rest comfortably on the ground which is an important factor to drop into this restful practice. Some props are provided upon arrival but feel free to bring what you need to ensure you will be comfortable… you will not be the only one. Expect to leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated ready for a good nights sleep! My sound healing meditation combines the deeply relaxing and meditative practice of Yoga Nidra with the immersive and healing vibrations of a Sound Bath. Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," involves lying down in a comfortable position while being guided through a systematic relaxation and meditation practice. During the session, the soothing sounds of instruments like singing bowls create a soothing and immersive soundscape. The combination of Yoga Nidra and the therapeutic sounds induces a state of profound relaxation, allowing practitioners to access deep levels of consciousness, release stress, and promote healing and restoration.
